| Hello All, I just purchased these two engraved Ruger Single-Six's. They are engraved with the same engraver's mark. I called Ruger and it's not a factory job. Any help would be appreciated. | Vito, That is the hallmark of the late Robert C. Kain of Canaan, CT. During his career, Bob did several large engraving projects for Marlin and Harrington & Richardson as well as other companies who did not have an in-house engraving staff. Bob passed away just a few years ago but I do not have his date of death. Perhaps, Bob Evens, the FEGA historian has that piece of information. Regards, C.
