| Marcus Hunt has been engraving best bespoke guns and rifles since leaving school in 1978. He was apprenticed to his father, Ken Hunt, and worked along side him for over 8 years before branching out and setting up on his own. Working as a freelance engraver primarily to the London Gun Trade his clients include: J.Purdey & Sons, Holland & Holland, William Evans, J. Rigby & Co., J. Roberts & Son, W. J. Jeffery & Co., E. J. Churchill, Ronald Wharton (from Rigby's) as well as many others from around the country. He is passionate about 'good' engraving and endeavours to educate others so they can better appreciate it's subtle nuances and different techniques. |
