The John Barraclough Emerging Artist Award

FEGA encourages all of its members who actively engrave to display their works or art at the annual FEGA Show. To entice those members who have never purchased a display table at the annual Show, FEGA offers The John Barraclough Emerging Artist Award. FEGA members in good standing for at least one year who meet the Requirements for Applicants will be eligible to win The John Barraclough Emerging Artist Award. The John Barraclough Emerging Artist Runner Up consisting of one free exhibitor display table at the FEGA Show will be given to one additional Applicant who meets the same eligibility requirements. The recipients of The John Barraclough Emerging Artist Award and The John Barraclough Emerging Artist Runner Up will be informed by mail during the month of November.

The John Barraclough Emerging Artist Award Applicants Must:
• Be a FEGA member in good standing for at least one year
• Submit a completed Application and photos by October 1st
• Be a first-time display table-holder at the FEGA Show
• Display at least one fully finished firearm or at least three firearm components that have been hand engraved and/or inlaid only by the Applicant
• Agree to stay in a hotel room in the annual FEGA Show venue
• Agree to abide by all of the general rules governing the show

The John Barraclough Emerging Artist Award
• FEGA Show display table at no cost
• $300.00 cash grant toward the cost of the Applicant’s Show venue hotel room costs
• Two free tickets to the FEGA Banquet

The John Barraclough Emerging Artist Runner Up
• FEGA Show display table at no cost
