I just bought a pistol with beautiful engraving. I can't find any engravers mark, but there was a tag in the box that said: (engraved by H. C. Logan of Louisiana). Does anyone have any information on Mr. Logan?

I found out some info on Horace Logan. He was the founder of THE LOUISIANA HAYRIDE and gave Elvis Presley, Hank Williams, and many other C&W singers their start. He was the one that coined the phrase "Elvis has left the building". In his later years he became interested in engraving and was quite good at it, judging by the quality of engraving on this gun.
