I have a 1972 Smith & Wesson .38 special Model 60 SS that has been engraved by someone, who I'm trying to find more information about. I have photos, and have written to S&W who have stated that the engraving is done post-factory. The engraver has stamped "Engraved By Shannon" on the right grip housing. Is there any other way to find out information as to who "Shannon" is?

I am also looking for info on the same engravers. They were a husband and wife team. Appearently from the Shreveport, LA area. I think Mr. Shannon passedaway.
