| K80 receiver hardness |
I'm considering purchasing a K80 for my personal sporting clays shooting iron and would of course would like to engrave it. I talked with a Krieghoff dealer and he said even the blued receiver is extremely hard. I have engraved Dakota Arms rifles and Kolar and Ruger red label stainless shotguns without any trouble at all - cut like butter with Lindsay's carbalt graver. Does anyone have any experience with the K80's hardness? Thanks
