Good news! I am glad to report that Ray is just fine.
It had been posted on some forums that he was sick.
We talked on the phone for an hour this morning and glad to say all is well and the big storm created no damage for him.
He was out in his shop working on gold and silver orders.
He is still one of the best and most knowledgable suppliers of precious metal for engravers.
He made up a great little kit of pure silver for inlay by my students for over 20 years. Fine for practice by new folks.

Thanks for the report! So glad to hear that. Way back when Ray had Hand Engravers Supply, I ordered some stuff from him and he said "hey, a few of us just started this guild you might be interested in".......
