I think the link you used was bad or too long for the picture to show.
I know there was a Bill Johns from Texas but I don't know anything about him.

I bet you are right! He was in the valley area around McAllen but I believe Bill moved to Montana several years ago. I talked to him just after he moved but haven't heard from him since so I don't know if he is still there or not.

While the picture doesn't show up on the forum you can right click it and get some info to where to look for the picture. I looked at it and it looks like the work I have seen from him.
